Are your bow ties self-tie or pre-tie?
Our feather bow ties are pre-ties in order to maintain the quality of each feather. All fabric bow ties are both self-tie and pre-tie! You have the option to self-tie every time or you can tie once and continue to use as a pre-tie. Pretty genius, huh?
Are all of your bow ties the same size?
All of our fabric bow ties are the same dimensions, but can be adjusted to neck size 14.5 in – 20 in. Feather bow tie dimensions vary – for more information please complete our custom order form.
Do you have suggestions for how to style each bow tie?

How do I take care of my bow tie?
We include a care card with each order. We highly recommend keeping your bow tie in the included bow for storage and travel.
I want an item that's out of stock. How often do you re-stock your items?
Most of our fabric bow-ties will be re-stocked regularly. Many of our designs are seasonal and therefore limited edition.
How long after I place my order will my items be shipped?
Our fabric bow ties ship in about 3-5 business days after the order is shipped. For custom orders, depending on the request it may take up to 2 weeks. Rush orders may be requested. We recommend placing custom orders a month in advance for large parties or special occasions.
What is your return and refund policy?
We give full refunds for unworn or defective products – meaning a broken clasp, excessive fraying, or seems that are undone. We do not refund for normal wear and tear. All returns must be made within 1 week of receiving. For any questions or clarifications, please fill out our Contact Us form.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we do custom orders. We can create more than just the bow tie! Please complete the form on our Custom Orders page.
